Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and fulfil your order before it is shipped. We make our dough fresh daily in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.

We do ask that you acknowledge the 1–3 day processing time when planning to order, so please take this into account when placing an order as a gift or for time-sensitive deliveries. Even when placing an order with the express delivery option, we still require 1-3 business days to process your order.


Holiday Processing Time:

During the Holiday Period (November–December) please allow up to 5 business days for processing. We see higher than average order volumes during this period each year, and ask for your patience with us as our team work to fulfil your orders in a timely manner.

Where do we ship?

We currently ship to every postal address in Australia via express post.


How long does it take my order to ship in Australia?


Via Express Delivery (depending on location). Orders shipped to metro cities will typically take 1 business day to arrive, once shipped. Orders shipped to regional locations will typically take up to 4 business days to arrive once shipped. 


What happens if I'm not home to receive the delivery?

If you are not home to receive your package, Australia Post will leave it in a safe place. All orders are packaged in a sealed mailer bag for safe transport, however CHOC CHIP PLEASE can not be held responsible for a package if the recipient is not present to receive the order. If you are concerned about your order being left outside exposed to heat damage or pests, we recommend choosing a delivery address where there will be a recipient present or sending to a parcel locker.


Returns & Refunds

All of our goodies are made in house, by hand. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be responsible for how they are transported and stored once they leave our shop. We do offer Route shipping protection for customers who prefer extra peace of mind. If you select this protection at checkout, Route will offer you a refund or replacement in the event of theft, loss or damage in transit. Need to file a claim? File here.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

We reserve the right to decline an order cancellation or modification if we are not able to complete the request before the product has already been shipped. Please double check your order before placing it, ensuring all details in the delivery address are correct. If an order has already been fulfilled, we cannot modify the order or shipping address.
